"Global Warming, Nigeria Under Attack"

To create further awareness on Climate Change and its imminent danger on the Nigerian environment, the Heinrich Boll Foundation launched a movie in November 2008 titled "Global Warming Nigeria, Under Attack". The movie was produced with a grassroots concept aimed at sensitizing all Nigerians (young & old, rich & poor, literate & non-literate on effects of climate change, global warming etc on the Nigerian environment & economy.

Climate Change Bill

A bill to establish the National Climate Change Commission has been presented before the National Assembly in May 2008.According to reports; the bill has scaled through its first reading.
